요약. 더솔룸은 식품·사료 원료 무역 회사입니다. 개인정보는 거래 상담과 시황 뉴스레터 발송에만 사용하며, 판매하거나 광고 목적으로 제공하지 않습니다. 삭제를 원하시면 beomju@thesolum.co.kr 로 알려주시면 10일 이내에 처리합니다 (삭제 요청 방법).
주식회사 더솔룸(이하 "회사")은 「개인정보 보호법」에 따라 다음과 같이 개인정보처리방침을 공개합니다. 홈페이지와 상담 채널(이메일, 카카오톡 채널, WhatsApp Business, 전화)에 공통 적용됩니다.
1. 수집 항목과 이용 목적
- 시황 뉴스레터 — 이메일 주소. 원료 시세·수급 동향 안내에 사용합니다.
- 거래 상담 — 담당자 연락처(성명·회사명·이메일·전화번호·메신저 계정)와 주고받은 메시지 및 첨부 파일. 문의 응대와 거래 이행에 사용합니다.
- 이용 기록 — 접속 기록, 쿠키 기반 이용 통계, 회사가 발송한 링크의 캠페인 식별자. 서비스 개선과 발송 효과 확인에 사용합니다.
고유식별정보·결제정보·건강정보 등 민감정보는 수집하지 않으며, 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 수집 목적과 관련 없는 용도로 이용하지 않고, 목적 변경 시 사전에 동의를 받습니다.
2. 보유 및 이용 기간
거래처 연락처와 상담 기록은 마지막 연락일로부터 5년이 지나면 파기하며, 그 전이라도 삭제를 요청하시면 파기합니다. 뉴스레터 구독 정보는 해지 시 파기합니다.
다음 정보는 법령상 보존 의무가 있어 삭제 요청과 무관하게 해당 기간 분리 보관하며, 보존 목적 외로 이용하지 않습니다.
- 계약·청약철회, 대금결제 및 재화 공급에 관한 기록 — 5년 (전자상거래법 제6조)
- 세금계산서 등 거래 증빙 — 5년 (국세기본법 제85조의3)
- 상업 장부 및 영업에 관한 중요 서류 — 10년 (상법 제33조)
- 소비자 불만 또는 분쟁 처리에 관한 기록 — 3년 (전자상거래법 제6조)
3. 제3자 제공
개인정보를 제3자에게 판매하거나 광고 목적으로 제공하지 않습니다. 정보주체가 동의한 경우, 거래 이행을 위해 동의 범위에서 거래 상대방에게 담당자 연락처를 전달하는 경우, 법령에 규정이 있는 경우에만 제공합니다.
4. 처리 위탁 및 국외 이전
아래 사업자에게 개인정보 처리를 위탁하며, 수탁자는 위탁 목적 외 이용이 금지됩니다. 미국 소재 사업자에게는 제1항의 항목이 업무에 필요한 범위에서 이전됩니다. 국외 이전을 거부하실 수 있으나 해당 채널 이용이 제한됩니다.

5. 정보주체의 권리 · 삭제 요청 방법
정보주체는 언제든지 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 요구하고 동의를 철회할 수 있습니다. 회원 가입 절차가 없으므로 계정이나 로그인 없이 요청하시면 됩니다.

- 연락에 사용하신 이메일 주소 또는 전화번호와 원하는 범위(전체 삭제 / 뉴스레터 해지만)를 알려주시면 됩니다. 신분증 사본 등은 요구하지 않습니다.
접수일로부터 10일 이내(「개인정보 보호법 시행령」 제30조)에 처리하고 결과를 회신하며, 뉴스레터 수신 거부는 즉시 반영됩니다. 삭제 시 연락처·상담 기록·첨부 파일·방문 기록을 삭제하고, 백업 사본은 보존 주기에 따라 순차 삭제합니다. 제2항의 법정 보존 대상은 삭제할 수 없으며, 무엇이 왜 남는지는 회신 시 안내합니다.
WhatsApp·카카오톡이 자체 보유하는 데이터는 WhatsApp·카카오에 직접 요청하셔야 합니다. 처리 결과에 이의가 있으시면 개인정보분쟁조정위원회(1833-6972) 또는 개인정보침해신고센터(118)에 문의하실 수 있습니다.
6. 쿠키 등 자동 수집 장치
홈페이지는 이용 통계 확인을 위해 Google Analytics 쿠키를 사용합니다. 쿠키는 방문자 구분값으로 이름·연락처를 담지 않으며, 브라우저 설정이나 차단 부가기능으로 거부해도 이용에 제한이 없습니다. 회사가 발송한 링크로 방문한 경우 캠페인 식별자를 1회 기록하며, 이 값은 주소창에서 자동 제거됩니다.
7. 파기 절차 및 안전성 확보 조치
제2항의 보유 기간이 지난 개인정보는 파기합니다. 전자적 파일은 복구할 수 없는 방법으로 삭제하고 출력물은 분쇄·소각합니다.
회사는 개인정보 보호를 위해 접근 권한을 업무 담당자로 제한하고 계정별 접근을 통제하며, 전송 구간을 암호화(HTTPS)하고 접속 기록을 보관·관리합니다.

9. 방침의 변경
이 방침이 변경되는 경우 시행 7일 전부터 이 페이지에 공지하며, 정보주체의 권리에 중대한 영향을 미치는 변경은 30일 전에 공지하고 필요한 경우 별도 동의를 받습니다.

What we collect and why
Your email address if you subscribe to our market newsletter; your contact details and the messages and attachments you send us when you contact us about a trade, through email, KakaoTalk Channel, WhatsApp Business or telephone; and website usage data including cookie-based analytics and the campaign identifier in links we send you. We use this to answer enquiries, prepare quotations, perform contracts, send the newsletter, and improve the site. We collect no national identification numbers, payment card data or other sensitive categories, and our services are not directed to children under 14.
Retention
We destroy counterparty contact details and correspondence 5 years after the last contact, or earlier if you ask us to. Newsletter data is destroyed when you unsubscribe. Korean law separately requires us to keep contract, payment and supply records and tax evidence for 5 years, commercial books for 10 years, and consumer dispute records for 3 years; those cannot be deleted on request.
Sharing and international transfers
We never sell personal data or share it for advertising. Our processors are Vercel (website hosting, access logs only), Railway and Supabase (processing and storage of subscription and enquiry data), Google (website analytics) and Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business messaging), all in the United States, and Kakao (KakaoTalk Channel enquiries) in Korea.
Your rights and how to request deletion
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or object to processing, at any time. We operate no user accounts, so no login is needed — just email beomju@thesolum.co.kr, call +82-70-4647-3412, message our KakaoTalk Channel @thesolum, or write from the WhatsApp number you used. Tell us the email or phone number you contacted us with and whether you want everything deleted or only to unsubscribe. We never ask for a copy of an identity document.
We respond within 10 days (Article 30, Enforcement Decree of the Personal Information Protection Act); unsubscription is immediate. We delete your contact details, correspondence, attachments and campaign visit records; backup copies are removed in line with our backup rotation and are not used in the meantime. Records we must keep by law (above) cannot be deleted, and our reply will say exactly what was retained and why. Data held by WhatsApp or Kakao under their own policies must be requested from them directly.
Cookies
We use Google Analytics cookies to measure traffic. You may refuse them in your browser or install the Google Analytics Opt-out Add-on; the site works either way.
Changes
We post any change here at least 7 days before it takes effect, or 30 days where it materially affects your rights.
